We Met Dancing (Latino Trips) is affiliated with VZR Garant, a recognised Dutch guarantee scheme that protects your money if, due to financial insolvency, we are unable to provide the service you booked.

VZR Garant
In order to meet its statutory obligation to provide a guarantee, We Met Dancing (Latino Trips) makes use of the guarantee scheme provided by VZR Garant (www.vzr-garant.nl/en). You can check that this is the case by visiting VZR Garant's website and verifying that the organisation is listed as a participant. VZR Garant's guarantee applies within the limits of its Guarantee Scheme (which can be found on VZR Garant's website). The Guarantee Scheme specifies the exact (travel) offering to which VZR Garant's guarantee applies and what the guarantee entails. If services are not provided due to the financial insolvency of We Met Dancing (Latino Trips), you can contact VZR Garant, which has its offices at Torenallee 20, 5617 BC Eindhoven, Netherlands, by sending an email to info@vzr-garant.nl or calling +31 (0)85 13 07 630.
The August trip (and other package trips)
This booking is covered by the VZR Garant guarantee scheme. The terms and conditions of this guarantee scheme can be found on the website of VZR Garant. We Met Dancing (Latino Trips) therefore provides the protection required by law that enables it to refund you and, if transportation is included in the travel package, to repatriate you in the event of insolvency. Standalone services not covered
Some standalone services we offer (for example, one-off activities without accommodation or transport) may not be covered by VZR Garant's guarantee scheme. Where that's the case, we will state it explicitly in that specific offer's information, together with a link to VZR Garant's Guarantee Scheme for more detail.
Complaints
Any complaints or claims about the execution of your booking are separate from this guarantee scheme — VZR Garant does not handle such complaints. If you have a complaint about your trip, please contact us directly at wemetdancing.trips@gmail.com.
