These terms cover the day-to-day of booking and joining a We Met Dancing trip. Each trip also has its own specific conditions (itinerary, what's included, payments, cancellation and the insolvency-guarantee information), which we give you before you book. No fuss: if anything is unclear, write to us and we'll explain.
The trips are organised by Bárbara Monzú Casamayón, trading as We Met Dancing (Latino Trips), established in the Netherlands (KvK 42086132). Contact: wemetdancing.trips@gmail.com · +34 644 49 98 04.
The price of each trip and what it includes are stated in the trip information. Flights are not included: you book them yourself (we tell you which airport and arrival time). Payments are made by the method we indicate. Until payment is completed within the agreed deadlines, the spot is not guaranteed.
The specific cancellation terms (deadlines and amounts) are detailed in each trip's information. As a general rule, the booking payment may be non-refundable, as it covers costs already committed. The sooner you let us know you can't come, the easier it is to offer your spot to someone else and help you where we can.
We may make minor adjustments to the itinerary for operational reasons or force majeure (weather, availability, etc.). If we had to make a significant change or cancel the trip, we'd let you know as soon as possible and you could choose between an alternative or a refund of what you paid to We Met Dancing.
It is mandatory to come with your own travel and medical insurance covering the destination and the activities. We Met Dancing does not replace your insurance.
Dancing, nature and the trip's experiences are enjoyed at your own responsibility and within your own limits. We're not liable for loss of or damage to personal belongings, or for circumstances beyond our control (force majeure). This does not limit any rights you may have by law.
The trip is about having a good time as a group, with respect. We reserve the right to refuse or ask someone to leave the trip if their behaviour endangers or seriously disrupts the group, with no right to a refund.
During the trip we take photos and videos that we may use to show the experience (social media, website). By joining, you accept this. If you'd rather not appear, tell us and we'll respect that, no problem.
We Met Dancing organises package trips in accordance with Dutch law. The specific package-travel conditions and the information about the insolvency guarantee are provided together with each trip's information, before booking. These booking terms complement them, they don't replace them.
In order to meet its statutory obligation to provide a guarantee, We Met Dancing (Latino Trips) makes use of the guarantee scheme provided by VZR Garant (www.vzr-garant.nl/en). You can check that this is the case by visiting VZR Garant's website and verifying that the organisation is listed as a participant. VZR Garant's guarantee applies within the limits of its Guarantee Scheme (which can be found on VZR Garant's website). The Guarantee Scheme specifies the exact (travel) offering to which VZR Garant's guarantee applies and what the guarantee entails. If services are not provided due to the financial insolvency of We Met Dancing (Latino Trips), you can contact VZR Garant, which has its offices at Torenallee 20, 5617 BC Eindhoven, Netherlands, by sending an email to info@vzr-garant.nl or calling +31 (0)85 13 07 630.
