What data we collect

What we use it for

Legal basis

We process your data with your consent (when you sign up or write to us) and, if you book, to perform the contract for your trip.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. To operate, we use trusted providers that act as data processors and comply with the GDPR:

Some providers may process data outside the EU; where they do, they rely on the appropriate safeguards provided for by the GDPR.

How long we keep it

As long as we have a relationship with you, or until you ask us to delete it / unsubscribe. Booking data is kept for as long as legal and accounting obligations require.

Your rights

At any time you can ask us to access, rectify, erase, object to or port your data. Write to wemetdancing.trips@gmail.com and we'll sort it out. You can also unsubscribe from emails with one click. If you think we're not handling things properly, you can complain to the Dutch supervisory authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Cookies and embedded content

The site only uses technical cookies needed to function. Some sections load embedded content from Instagram (the reels); when you view it, Instagram may set its own third-party cookies. Links to Spotify or other platforms open on their own sites, under their own terms.
